It’s no secret that there is a skill shortage and a high demand for qualified workers in the Engineering and Manufacturing industry, with many young people unaware of this industry as a potential career choice. There are different influences on youth about their career decisions, and they need to be educated on the different industries that they can succeed in.

They support both employer and apprentice, making sure the training process goes smoothly.
